As part of the business team you will be at the frontier of e-mobility and help win new business from the very start. You will get hands-on experience focusing on several commercial topics, such as sales, procurement and business development. Your tasks

  • Involved in reporting and tracking of KPIs
  • Conducting market research and supporting business strategy development
  • Preparing presentations and other materials for key stakeholders
  • Improving and setting up processes across different company functions and supporting operation and execution
  • Helping to scale the organisation and implementing critical business tools


  • Currently in your Bachelor or Master program in a business or technical field
  • Hands-on mentality and flexibility to perform different tasks
  • Eager to push the boundaries in a dynamic work environment
  • Team player willing to go out of your way to help others
  • Great Microsoft Office skills (incl. Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Some touchpoints with the Automotive industry or involvement in student projects like Formula Student beneficial
  • Solid skills in English and German
